Benj is responsible for setting and delivering the financial strategy that will help us achieve our growth ambitions.
Benj is an experienced finance leader and a Chartered Accountant of 25 years bringing a wealth of knowledge gained across multiple sectors; including media, digital advertising, TV/film, publishing, ad/event tech, consultancy, distribution/logistics and finance services. He has led finance for subsidiaries/divisions of large organisations and provided CFO expertise to owner managed businesses with a growth focus. He has a track record of building finance functions that are robust and efficient whilst at the same time supporting the business strategically, commercially and operationally.
Benj has worked internationally and has also held non-finance roles providing divisional and commercial leadership. With this he brings a strong business sense which will be critical to shaping and delivering our growth strategy.
He enjoys swimming, the occasional bouldering session with his daughter, and yoga which he has been doing for over 20 years and is a qualified teacher. He is also an avid reader, has a keen interest in wine, is a decent cook, and loves to travel.
