Daniel Hesketh

Daniel has over 25 years’ industry experience in real estate capital markets. He brings an excellent understanding in financial analysis and portfolio strategy.
Daniel is a chartered surveyor. He previously worked at CBRE and Savills in their Investment teams and has a detailed knowledge of investment and development across a variety of asset classes. In his previous roles he has transacted over £4 billion, working with a wide UK and International client base. He has always had a strong leaning to sustainability throughout his work in advising clients on strategy, risk analysis, development feasibility and investment acquisitions and disposals. He holds an MRICS qualification and is also a Registered Valuer. He enjoys all sports, particularly rugby, golf, cycling and has done a few triathlons in his time. He is kept busy by his two sons who have endless energy and also share his love of sport.
