Pankaj brings over 13 years of experience in the solar renewable energy sector, with a strong track record in both utility-scale and rooftop solar projects. His expertise lies in operations and maintenance, with a particular focus on optimising plant performance and reliability.
As Senior Technical Asset Manager at Syzygy, Pankaj oversees the technical performance of the entire solar portfolio. His role includes system monitoring, in-depth technical reviews, fault diagnostics, and performance analysis—ensuring assets operate at peak efficiency.
He also plays a key role in project transitions, supporting the delivery team to ensure a seamless handover to asset management. In addition, he collaborates closely with the commercial team on system repowering strategies and works with contractors to resolve on-site issues and minimise downtime.
Outside of work, Pankaj enjoys relaxing with a good science fiction novel or reconnecting with old friends.
