Consultant
James is another of our enthusiastic Consultants, bringing an interest and experience in demand side energy management from his time as an energy consultant at Matrica. There he provided energy suppliers with forecasts for their customers’ demand, as well as forecasting renewable generation from their assets. He also completed an Agile Project Management course, earning the Practitioner qualification.
Nicknamed ‘Foz’, James graduated with a 1st in Mechanical Engineering (MEng) from the University of Bristol where he focussed on renewable power generation technologies in his master year.
At Syzygy he undertakes modelling for bespoke strategic projects and is working on solar farm models, addressing the bid process for forthcoming projects.
In his free time James is a fan of rugby and football, but is a keen cricketer, as well as a regular member of the crowd at the Oval.
