Humza Farhan

Humza is leading development of Syzygy's evlab® platform and working with developers to maintain and develop the software further to expand the offering to new markets.

He is also  working on internal R&D projects such as developing existing financial and technical modelling suite, modelling capabilities for European markets, and researching new market opportunities as well as analysing complex sets of data to produce both internal and external market analysis.

Humza is a well-rounded research analyst, starting his early career as an RES researcher and since then moving into the research on sustainable technologies including electric vehicles. Over the last two years he has extensively researched commercial vehicle (LCVs, Trucks, Buses) markets with a specific focus on electric comm. vehicles (BEVs, PHEVs). Additionally, he has conducted multiple deep-dives for clients on the market of electric drivetrain sub-systems and components, providing technology forecasts based on the announced upcoming models along with input from his primary research network.

He has a BSc in Electrical Engineering and a MSc in Engineering Management.

Last but not least, he is super musical - plays the guitar, writes songs and had a couple of "moderately" famous songs back in Pakistan!
