Diogo Nunes
Head of Asset Managment
Diogo joined Syzygy in 2015, having graduated in Portugal as an Environmental Engineer. He has worked in all areas of Syzygy's activity since joining, starting as an Asset Manager of deployed assets, helping to build the structures needed to efficiently operate and report on these assets' activity.
In 2019, following a re-structure within the company, Diogo took up the lead of the Asset Management team to organise and deploy a scalable structure to manage the growing number of assets under Syzygy's scope. His role included spearheading the effort to develop in-house of a dedicated prop-tech portal specific to our clients' market and pvlab has been live since 2022. The Asset Management team has doubled in size and now operates around 250 plants across the UK and Europe.
Outside work, Diogo loves outdoor and sports activities, having been a regular athlete all his life - he has notched up some impressive tennis competitions awards on his record sheet. Naturally, he's a regular on Syzygy tennis and soccer events and takes part in the lunchtime running club on occasion too!
